Campus Card Center Information All faculty,
staff, and students are required to have an A-State ID card.
To obtain an A-State ID card, please visit Student Account Services in the
Student Union on the 2nd Floor. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The first ID is free of charge. A replacement id is $10.00. Please pay for
the replacement id at the Cashier's Window and present your receipt when
requesting the replacement id. A valid driver's license must be presented to
receive an id.
Reporting Lost/Stolen Card
To report a lost or stolen card, please contact the Campus Card Center at
870-972-2285 or by accessing the OnLine Card Office.
Replacement cards may be obtained from the Campus Card Center at a cost of
$10.
Temporary cards are available. Account funds and privileges will be
transferred to the temporary card. When the lost card is found, return the
temporary card and this will reinstate the permanent card.
How do you open an Express Dollars Account?
Your Express Dollars account is activated by depositing a minimum of $10 into
your account. The deposit can be made at the Cashier's Window in the Student
Union, by phone at 870-972-3847 or through the OnLine Card Office. Present your
A-State Express Card at participating merchants on and off campus. Additional
money may be deposited into your account at any time during the year. The funds
in the account carry over each semester.
Please complete the Authorization form to apply
your excess financial aid into your Express Dollars account.
To cancel the Express Dollars account, please complete the
Cancellation form.
To deduct express dollars from your payroll account, please complete the
Payroll Deduction form.
